However, it was during a quiet summer after university graduation—amidst the stillness of the global pandemic—that our paths crossed once again. What began as a simple outing to break the boredom of staying home turned into the reopening of a lifelong story.
COVID期间，T为躲避疫情在本科结束后回国，Summer也只能在Zoom上完成研究生课程。居家期间碰巧都无聊又清闲的两个人在朋友聚会上重逢。半年后，两个好朋友决定开启新的相处模式。

Two Years, One Ocean, Boundless Love
While Summer pursued her Master’s degree online at home, Tong was her constant shadow and support. In 2022, the story took a turn across the Pacific as Tong moved to Canada for his studies.
最drama的部分是，两个人热恋期还没过，T决定前往加拿大就读研究生课程。两个人即将面临着两年16个小时时差的分别。
Two years of long-distance followed—marked by screen-time dates and counting down days. We didn't just survive the distance; we grew through it. The highlight was Summer traveling across the world to stand by Tong’s side at his graduation, a moment that proved no ocean was too wide for us.
接下来的两年里，没日没夜的视频通话记录和一天不落的早晚安见证了这段漫长的异国恋。这段时间里，两个人各自成长，相互鼓励。艰难的两年以Summer横跨大洋彼岸参加T的毕业典礼圆满告终——山海皆可平。

The distance is now behind us, and a shared life lies ahead. Every mile we traveled separately has led us to this single point: together.
五年过去了。从前每一步的距离都只是让我们更加确信：没有什么能把我们分开。
Now, we are trading long-distance calls for morning coffees and late-night talks. This isn't just a "happy ending"—it’s the beginning of our greatest adventure yet.
现在，异国的电话粥变成了每天早晨现煮的咖啡，有时差的晚安变成了深夜面对面的谈心。“圆满”不是目的，“永远”才是。
